CISM & Mid Europe International Youth Wind Orchestra Competition 2010

In Co-production with CISM and MID EUROPE, the CISM International Youth Orchestra Competition is being held during Mid Europe festival in Schladming in 2009.

Symphonic bands and wind ensembles that perform in the four highest categories and meet with the CISM competition criteria could take part in the competition. Prizes will be awarded to performance categories A, B C, and D.
In addition, the overall winner of all the various competition categories and formations will be awarded the annually defended CISM MID EUROPE Challenge Cup.

This Competition offeres young orchestras the possibility to compete with others in a fair contest with the best and to exchange experiences.
