Mid Europe is one of the significant international brass music festivals with musicians from all around the world.
The brass music festival takes place between the 13th and the 17th July, 2027.
In 2027 the musicians can be heard again when they are playing in Schladming. The main musical venues are: congress Schladming, Planai stadium, Hauptplatz Schladming and the Catholic Church Schladming.
Aside from the music, the festival also offers a diverse program: from top-notch concerts and atmospheric open-air performances to workshops and unique show formats like the children's concert, the women's wind orchestra, and the musical evening.
International orchestras, ensembles, conductors, and musicians will perform at Mid EUROPE. The exact lineup will be announced gradually.
The Tattoo is one of the special highlights of Mid EUROPE. At Planai Stadium, brass band music and entertainment come together: international music and performance groups create a spectacular experience.
WAWOP stands for World Adult Wind Orchestra Project and is aimed at adult musicians. It focuses on making music together, international exchange, and high-quality wind music.
WYWOP stands for World Youth Wind Orchestra Project and brings together young musicians from different countries to rehearse and perform together at a high musical level.
It depends on the respective event. While a select few require a ticket, many offer free entry.

You can get to Schladming via public transportation as well as by car. In Schladming many places can be reached by foot with an excellent public transportation network taking you to far away destinations. The closest Airport lies in Salzburg.
Schladming offers a series of accommodations with various board options. Especially during the Mid EUROPE it's advantageous to book early.
