How to apply:

STEP 1: COMPLETE the application form by December 15, 2023

STEP 2: Applications will be processed and emails sent regarding your application status between December 15, 2023 to January 12, 2024.

Be aware: if we do not receive sufficient applications to fill out a full ensemble by December 15, 2023, WAWOP 2024 is subject to cancellation.

STEP 3: Once you are notified of acceptance confirm your participation by January 26, 2024, book your WAWOP package and pay your participation fee by January 26, 2024. You have the opportunity to bring significant others, families, etc. along. For further information please click here.

The WAWOP Package includes:
- room and meals for the week
- Mid Europe 2024 Registration
– access to all concerts and performances/events associated with Mid Europe 2024
- other expenses for WAWOP including guest conductors/composers, sheet music, and more
- the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard
- WAWOP group excursion/activities

The fee ranges between € € 1.144,50 to € 1.455,00 depending on your accommodation selection.
(WYWOP fees are lower due to student subsidy and hostel accommodation.)

STEP 4: The payment of the full amount is made after consultation with Tanja Schweiger of the Schladming Tourist Office, contact: hotel.mideurope@schladming-dachstein.at
